Shipping & Order Processing

The Moroccan Room can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. Items that are oversize, heavy, or require special handling are shipped by white-glove or entryway delivery to ensure they arrive safely. White-glove and entryway shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

All of our beautiful decor and accents ship from within the United States. Most purchases are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order. Following a purchase our customers will receive an email notification with shipping info and tracking number. 

Smaller items and decor are generally shipped via UPS/FedEx. Order deliveries will arrive to most destinations in the Continental U.S within 2-4 business days from shipping of order.  

The Moroccan Room white-glove and entryway partners will handle any needed wrapping and/or packaging and all items are insured for the full sale price against any possible damage that may occur during the shipping. 

Most larger items are picked up within an average of 3 business days following receipt of a tracking number.  Delivery typically occurs 3-7 days after pickup.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. We work with some of the best artisans in Morocco, as well as select partners we believe to be unique in the marketplace. We’re confident that the design details, quality and safety of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. 

We care about your satisfaction and our Customer Care are always here to help.

We take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn't right with your order or if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 48 hours of product delivery and we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a full-refund less shipping cost. The cost of return shipping fees will be charged to the buyer. All sales are final 48 hours after delivery in continental USA. International orders are final and non-returnable.

All returned items should be sent back in an unused condition within 7 days from receipt.  

Returns are refunded in the original form of payment within 5 business days, once product has been safely returned to us. 

For items received via White Glove In-Home Delivery, your signature is required at the time of delivery.  White Glove In-Home Delivery sales are final and non-returnable. 

Returns are sent to one of The Moroccan Room's Processing locations in New York City or Florida.
